Terms of Service
What is sold
Launch Video Auction sells 10 fixed-scope launch videos. Each is one 30-second video made for one product by Siddharth Ponnapalli ("I"), delivered as a downloadable file. The 10 highest bids win.
Bidding
- Bidding opens Tuesday 10:30AM PT and closes Thursday 6PM PT.
- Bids start at $150 ($5 per second of video), in US dollars. Each new bid must beat the top bid by at least $1.
- The 10 highest paid bids at close win a video. If two bids are equal, the earlier payment ranks higher.
- You can raise your bid. A raise is charged as the difference and your earlier payment stays counted.
- A bid is only counted once its payment has succeeded.
Payment
Payments are taken by Dodo Payments at checkout. I do not see or store your card details. Bidders who do not win are refunded in full to the original payment method (usually 3 to 15 business days), see the Refund Policy.
Delivery
After bidding closes I email each winner to collect product details. Each winning video is delivered as a download link by email before November 1st, end of day Pacific Time.
Your content
You give me the product name, description and any assets needed to make your video, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You own the finished video. I may show it in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Changes and liability
I may change the schedule if something outside my control requires it, and I will tell bidders by email. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for your winning bid.
