Refund Policy
If you do not win
Every bidder who is not in the top 10 is refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds start automatically once bidding closes (Thursday 6PM PT). You do not need to ask. Refunds usually reach your account within 3 to 15 business days, depending on your bank.
If you raise your bid
A raise is a second payment for the difference. If you do not make the top 10, all of your payments are refunded.
If you pay after bidding closes
A payment that completes after the closing time cannot win. It is refunded immediately.
If you win
Winning bids go toward making your video. If I cannot deliver it by the stated date (before November 1st, end of day Pacific Time), write to me and I will refund you.
Contact
If a refund has not arrived after 15 business days, email me with the address you paid from and the amount you bid.
